Welcome to Partyverse. By accessing our website (www.partyverse.org) or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Services Overview

Partyverse provides:
 

  • Mobile recording studio experiences

  • Music video production

  • Event entertainment services

  • Merchandise and digital offerings
     

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date

  • Remaining balance must be paid as agreed prior to or on the event date

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services

  • All payments are subject to our Refund Policy
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of deposit are eligible for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
     

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested in advance.

Partyverse does not guarantee availability for rescheduled dates.
 

5. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and suitable environment

  • Adequate space and power access

  • Compliance with local laws and venue rules
     

Partyverse reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
 

  • You acknowledge that audio, video, and photos may be recorded

  • You grant Partyverse the right to use this content for:
     

    • Marketing

    • Promotion

    • Social media
       

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in advance of the event
 

7. Minors & Parental Consent

  • Participation of individuals under 18 requires parent or guardian consent

  • The event host is responsible for obtaining consent from all participants

  • Partyverse does not collect personal information directly from children online.
     

8. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe environment:
 

  • Children must not handle or operate equipment

  • All equipment is operated only by Partyverse staff

  • Staff maintain professional boundaries at all times

  • There is no unnecessary physical contact or close interaction

  • Partyverse reserves the right to stop services if safety concerns arise.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

Partyverse is not responsible for:
 

  • Injuries resulting from unsafe conditions outside our control

  • Actions of guests or third parties

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
     

10. Merchandise

All merchandise purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Customized items are final sale.
 

11. Digital Products & Party Coin

Partyverse may offer digital products, including Party Coin.
 

  • Party Coin is intended for entertainment and community purposes only

  • Partyverse does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

  • Any participation is done at your own risk
