Cancellation Policy
All Partyverse events require a deposit to secure your date and time. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of the event. Due to scheduling and preparation, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted with advance notice, based on availability. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as all events are scheduled within reserved time slots. Partyverse reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings in rare circumstances, with appropriate notice or accommodation. By booking, clients agree to these terms.
