REFUND POLICY

At Partyverse, we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences through our live events, merchandise, and digital offerings. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following refund policy applies to all services and purchases made through our platform.

For live parties and events, including All-Star Recording Parties, customers have 24 hours from the time of deposit to cancel and request a full refund. After the 24-hour period, all deposits are non-refundable, as we immediately begin preparations, including staffing, scheduling, and customizing your event.

For items purchased through our online shop, refunds or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Please note that customized or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Regarding Party Coin, our official utility token, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Partyverse does not provide financial or investment advice. Any decision to purchase or invest in Party Coin is made at your own risk, and we strongly encourage consulting with a licensed financial advisor before investing.
